AP Exams During the Pandemic and the Digital Divide

Since March of 2020, most schools in the U.S. have moved to virtual learning due to the outbreak of Covid-19. Looking forward to college in the next couple years, American high school students have been especially affected by this transition. In the average U.S. high school, AP courses play a major role in the students’ lives.

My page is about understanding the social inequalities of shaker heights. Holistically, shaker heights succeeds national standards in

average income, health insurance, and poverty percentage. However, this affluence does not apply to all of our community. IN my

project I use public 202 cencus data to find this divide. I also investigate the history of shaker heights to understand why this has

happened.
